Bayley Hazen Blue

the flagship blue of Jasper Hill Farm and a stellar representation of blue cheese

Though there was never a major battle in Greensboro during the Revolutionary War, the Bayley Hazen road was a very important part of Greensboro history- bringing the area’s first settlers and continuing to be used today. Named for the road built by George Washington’s troops with the attempt of a Canadian invasion, this Jasper Hill Farm original is way too delicious. It is creamy, chocolaty, and salty, this blue has the perfect balance of luscious fat and bright acid.

A balanced smokey wheel with the perfect stinky finish

Campo brings along with it a delicious reminder of Italy!  Named not only for its Italian translation of “field”, but also for the sensory image of a campfire gathering that it conjures up. It takes on hints of toasted walnut and brown butter, while a flavor of beautiful cured meat surfaces.

Whether you savor it solo, make it a family tradition, or send it as a gift, this limited-edition artisan cheese advent calendar is the ultimate way to celebrate the season. Open one cheese a day (or all at once — we don’t judge!) and end up with a curated cheese board for eight, complete with fan favorites and a few exclusive, only-in-Cheesemas surprises.

Perfect for gifting, entertaining, or making your own December a little more delicious, The 12 Days of Cheesemas is a holiday tradition worth singing about.

Quantities are limited — reserve yours early before they melt away!

Celebrate Christmas in cheesy style!

The full month calendar includes 25 individually wrapped items curated into 4 boxes available for shipping or local pickup in North Beach weekly on Thursdays beginning on December 1st. Each box will contain 7 different items that can all come together to form a themed cheese board (plus a few bonus goodies) and a note from me explaining the theme of the week. The boxes will include some of our favorite and very special cheeses, fresh baked breads, accompaniments, and swag. 

 

The 12 days of Christmas box includes 12 individually wrapped items curated into one epic box of cheesy presents. This can be shipped or arranged for local pickup in North Beach. Assemble your amazing cheese board with our favorite and most special cheeses, fresh baked bread, accompaniments, and swag. The 12 days of Cheesemas advent box is $250.
