At Vaughan Cheese, we take pride in offering carefully sourced, properly handled cheese. Because cheese is a perishable product, all items are sold as is. That said, our goal is for every customer to truly enjoy their cheese, and we’re here to help if something doesn’t feel right.
Temperature & Condition Upon Receipt
Cheese purchased in-store or shipped should feel cool to the touch when received. Due to travel time and normal temperature fluctuation during transit, cheese may not arrive completely cold. This is expected and does not indicate a quality or safety issue.
Cheese is a living product, and variations in texture, moisture, aroma, and appearance are normal and part of its character.
Returns & Refunds
Because all products are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds as a standard practice.
However, our team of Certified Professional Cheese Mongers wants every customer to have a positive experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible after receipt.
How We Handle Concerns
When you reach out, we may ask:
