    An insanely sweet (and a little boozy) blue that is all about orchard fruit

    These adorable wheels of blue are aged then packed with a generous pour of Eden Cider’s ice cider. The wheels absorb the cider during their last bit of aging and truly take on the incredible mouthfeel and flavors of the ice cider. This cheese is wonderfully creamy and rich with a paste that is sweet, decadent, and tastes exactly like super sweet apples.
