Montepulciano the place vs Montepulciano the grape (very different). Gavi d'Gavi should be the Gavi Grape, right? (it's not). Italian wines can be can be a little confusing, but by learning exceptions to the rules, we can understand they yummy wines of Italy better and better understand what you like.
We will have a guided tasting and discuss the wines as they relate to the lesson and learn with the purpose of deepening our enjoyment of wines.
